Double Terminated Crystal Points (DTs)

Double Terminated crystals, often called DTs, are crystal points that are naturally or carved into a form with a termination on both ends rather than just one. This shape gives them a unique symbolic role in energy work: they are commonly used as connectors, bridges, and balancing tools, because energy is thought to move through them in two directions at once.

DTs are used when the intention is to release, circulate, or direct energy through a pathway.

Three simple ways to work with a DT

1. Release
Hold or position the DT with one point facing toward you and the opposite point facing outward. This orientation is used when working with release or clearing, allowing unwanted energy to move through and out rather than remain held.

2. Movement
Hold the DT horizontally, one hand on each end, or gently move it side to side near the body. This method is used to encourage flow where energy feels stagnant, scattered, or stuck.

3. Activation (Grid Work)
Hold one point of the DT in your palm and aim the opposite point toward a crystal grid or focal stone. This method is commonly used to activate, link, or direct intention into a layout.
